QuotaBell is a revenue workspace for EdTech teams. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, when we use Google data, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, and basic profile details.
  • CRM records, account notes, contacts, activities, and workspace information that you choose to add to QuotaBell.
  • Basic app and security data such as login activity, error logs, and actions needed to operate and protect the service.

Google sign-in

  • If you choose Google sign-in, QuotaBell receives basic Google account information such as your name, email address, and profile identifier to authenticate your account.
  • QuotaBell does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not share Google user data except as needed to provide the app's user-facing features or as required by law.

How we use data

  • Provide and operate the app, including login, workspace access, CRM imports, cleanup workflows, and revenue collaboration.
  • Protect the app, investigate abuse, and keep the service reliable.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important service messages.

How CRM data is shared

QuotaBell is designed for private business workspaces. Your CRM data is available only to authorized users in your workspace, along with service providers needed to host and deliver the service.

Your choices

  • You can update your profile information inside the app.
  • You can disconnect Google account access from your Google account settings or by removing the connected account from QuotaBell.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations. If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.
